She has worked as a principal and founder of Aberdeen Municipal Junior Secondary School and principal of St. Joseph Secondary School Makeni and also serves as a part time lecturer at Milton Margai College of Education. She has a wealth of experience in the educational sector. She holds a B.Sc. in Education (Home Economics), Post Graduate Diploma and also has attended a series of training at both national and international level. She is currently the Chairman, Board of Directors of LAPO Sierra Leone.

Accounting, University of Benin. Benin City - Edo state • National Diploma in Accounting, Auchi Polytechnic. Currently, he is the Managing Director of LAPO Microfinance Company Sierra Leone

Godwin Ehigiamusoe Phd

He is an acknowledged Microfinance practitioner who began his involvement in microfinance and microenterprise development as a rural Co-operative Officer before he founded LAPO (Lift Above Poverty Organization), a successful pro-poor microfinance institution with operations in Nigeria and Sierra Leone. He holds a Doctorate degree in Policy and Development Studies with emphasis on Microfinance Policy and Regulatory Frameworks. He has authored Understanding NGOs (1998); Poverty and Microfinance in Nigeria (2000); Issues in Microfinance: Enhancing Financial Inclusion (2011). He is currently the Managing Director, LAPO Microfinance Bank

Pastor Augustine Bangura

Pastor Augustine Bangura has worked in various organizations, including the Sierra Leone Brewery Limited and the Deeper Life Ministry. He has attended training in Leadership and Governance and he has been a member of the PACANET Board of Trustees for more than ten years.

Josephine Nwachukwu

She holds a National Diploma (HND) in Accounting from Auchi Polytechnic Edo State (1997); Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance, University of Port Harcourt, and Masters in Business Administration (MBA), University of Benin, she joined LAPO in 1997 as a programme Officer. A microfinance Certified Banker (MCIB). She is presently the Head, Finance &Treasury.
